Abstract

Invenţia se referă la nitrilii acizilor carbonici, în speţă la obţinerea amestecului izomeric de cypermetrină care conţine într-o proporţie echimolară un cuplu enantiomeric de 1R trans S-şi 1S trans-R-izomeri, cu formula structuralăcare manifestă o activitate insecticidă. Scopul este dezvăluirea unor compuşi mai activi din clasa indicată. Aceştia se obţin dintr-un amestec care conţine opt izomeri în izopropanol sau eter diizopropilic, în prezenţa unui antioxidant, sau se dizolvă amestecul iniţial care conţine izomeri trans, în prezenţa unui antioxidant in izoprapanol, eter de petrol, hexan, heptan, ciclohexan, metanol, hexan în amestec cu CCl4, sau izopropanol şi eter de petrol, în prezenţa unui antioxidant şi a unei baze, ca de exemplu 2-amino-benzimidazol, răşini bazice schimbătoare de ioni, sau izopropanol şi eter de petrol în prezenţa unei baze, ca de exemplu diazobiciclo-(4,3,0)-en-5, amoniacul, carbonatul de sodiu, hidroxidul de amoniu, sau în tret-C1-C4-alchilamină la 15-60°C. În soluţia obţinută sau direct în amestecul iniţial se introduce un agent de cristalizare care constă din cuplul enantiomeric 1R trans-S şi 1S trans-R, se răceşte până la temperatura de la +30 până la -30°C, se separă cristalele precipitate, după care se procedează la evaporarea soluţiei - nume. Ca oxidant se utilizează 2,6-diterţ-butil-4-metildenolul în izopropanol sau hexan.
