CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE CLORURO DE METANOSULFONILO CON UNA AMINA TERCIARIA, EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE ANHIDRO, COMO ACETONITRILO, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE C30JC Y C40JC; SEGUIDA DE LA ADICION A LA MEZCLA DE REACCION RESULTANTE DE UN ALCOHOL O UN FENOL. EL PRODUCTO FORMADO SE AISLA DEL MEDIO DE REACCION Y SE PURIFICA SIGUIENDO METODOS CONVENCIONALES.
