CONSISTE EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE UNA AMIDA DE DL-ALFA-AMINOACIDO, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE APROXIMADAMENTE 40JC, CON UNA PREPARACION QUE CONTIENE ALFA-AMINOACILAMIDASA PROCEDENTE DE UN CULTIVO DE PSEUDOMONAS PUTIDA Y UNA SAL DE POTASIO, TAL COMO SULFATO DE POTASIO O CLORURO POTASICO, EN PRESENCIA DE TRAZAS DE IONES DE METAL DIVALENTE QUE ACTUAN COMO ACTIVADORES.
