Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la zootehnie, şi anume la un procedeu de creştere a suinelor. The invention relates to animal husbandry, namely to a process for raising pigs.
Este cunoscut procedeul de creştere a porcinelor prin utilizarea aditivilor furajeri cu conţinut de culturi vii de bacterii probiotice precum „Baţel” şi „Prolam” ce permite obţinerea sporului mediu zilnic în greutate la vârsta de 2…4 luni de 440,0 şi 478,3 g [1]. The process of raising pigs by using feed additives containing live cultures of probiotic bacteria such as "Baţel" and "Prolam" is known, which allows obtaining an average daily weight gain at the age of 2...4 months of 440.0 and 478.3 g [1].
Cea mai apropiată soluţie o prezintă utilizarea preparatului pro-prebiotic „Bionorm K”, pe bază de lactobacterii, bifidobacterii şi fructooligozaharide, suplinit în componenţa nutreţului combinat, câte 0,45kg/t [2]. The closest solution is the use of the pro-prebiotic preparation "Bionorm K", based on lactobacteria, bifidobacteria and fructooligosaccharides, supplemented in the composition of the combined feed, at 0.45kg/t [2].
Dezavantajul acestor procedee de creştere a porcinelor prin utilizarea aditivilor furajeri constă în consumul sporit de hrană, nivelul scăzut de asimilare a hranei, care se exprimă prin digestibilitatea substanţelor nutritive, precum sunt: substanţele uscate, substanţele organice, proteinele, grăsimile, celuloza brută şi substanţele extractive neazotate (SEN), nivelul scăzut de substanţe biologic active în unele preparate probiotice, care necesită administrarea unor doze mai mari, sporind cheltuielile de livrare şi administrare în nutreţul combinat, precum şi productivitatea scăzută a animalelor. Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia propusă constă în utilizarea aditivilor furajeri ce conţin preparate probiotice pentru normalizarea metabolismului, recuperarea microflorei intestinale, micşorarea consumului de hrană, sporirea nivelului de asimilare a hranei exprimat prin digestibilitatea substanţelor nutritive, precum sunt: substanţele uscate, substanţele organice, proteinele, grăsimile, celuloza brută şi SEN, micşorând cheltuielile de livrare şi administrare în nutreţul combinat, precum şi sporirea productivităţii şi a siguranţei animalelor. The problem solved by the proposed invention consists in the use of feed additives containing probiotic preparations for normalizing metabolism, recovering intestinal microflora, reducing feed consumption, increasing the level of feed assimilation expressed by the digestibility of nutrients, such as: dry matter, organic matter, proteins, fats, crude cellulose and SEN, reducing delivery and administration costs in combined feed, as well as increasing animal productivity and safety.
Problema se rezolvă prin utilizarea unui aditiv furajer în procesul de creştere a suinelor, şi anume a unui aditiv furajer adăugat la nutreţul combinat de bază pe toată perioada de creştere. The problem is solved by using a feed additive in the pig raising process, namely a feed additive added to the basic compound feed throughout the growing period.
Aditivul furajer a fost elaborat de NPO „Ariadna” (Ucraina, Odesa), conform procedeelor prezentate în ТУ У 15.7-31034548-004:2009, fiind un aditiv sinbiotic complex produs pe bază de celule liofilizate special selecţionate după rezistenţa la antibiotice şi care sunt antagoniste microflorei patogene a tulpinilor de lacto- şi bifidobacterii, precum Lactobacillus acidophilus - 1x108 UFC/g, Lactobacillus plantarum - 1x108 UFC/g, Lactobacillus bulgaricus - 1x108 UFC/g, Enterococcus (Streptococcus) faecium - 1x107 UFC/g, Bifidobacterium bifidum - 1x108 UFC/g, pectină, extract de drojdii, lactuloză şi lecitină, preparat conform condiţiilor tehnice indicate, sub denumirea Bilaxan. Aditivul furajer Bilaxan se obţine prin metoda amestecării compoziţiei de microorganisme liofilizate de genul Lactobacillus, Streptococcus (Enterococcus) faecium, Bifidobacterium, admise spre utilizare în zootehnie, medicina veterinară, farmaceutică. Utilizarea acestui aditiv furajer în hrana porcinelor pentru organizarea alimentaţiei balansate complete la prepararea nutreţurilor combinate contribuie la stimularea funcţiilor fiziologice ale organismului, revitalizarea tractului gastro-intestinal, îmbunătăţirea şi normalizarea microbiotei, creşterea productivităţii şi a vitalităţii porcinelor evidenţiată prin sporul mediu zilnic, ameliorarea digestibilităţii substanţelor nutritive, ceea ce sporeşte indicele de conversie a nutreţului în carne, majorând astfel eficienţa economică. Procedeul de creştere a suinelor prevede hrănirea acestora cu un nutreţ combinat cu adăugarea unui aditiv furajer, ce conţine, în % de masă, celule liofilizate ale tulpinilor de Lactobacillus acidophilus cu un titru de 1x108 UFC/g - 10, Lactobacillus plantarum cu un titru de 1x108 UFC/g - 10, Lactobacillus bulgaricus cu un titru de 1x108 UFC/g - 10, Enterococcus faecium cu un titru de 1x107 UFC/g - 4,5, Bifidobacterium bifidum cu un titru de 1x108 UFC/g - 10, precum şi pectină - 10, extract de drojdii - 25, lactuloză - 0,5 şi lecitină - 20, totodată aditivul furajer se adaugă în cantitate de 0,20…0,40 kg la 1000 kg de nutreţ combinat. Aditivul furajer Bilaxan a fost suplinit în diferite doze în nutreţul combinat destinat tineretului suin în loturile experimentale conform schemei prezentate în tab. 1. Administrarea aditivului furajer Bilaxan în componenţa nutreţului combinat de bază destinat animalelor din loturile experimentale a avut un efect pozitiv asupra greutăţii vii şi a sporului mediu zilnic. La finele experienţei suinele din LE2 şi LE3 au indicat o greutate vie cu 2,31 şi 1,57% mai mare faţă de LM. Sporul mediu zilnic a constituit o diferenţă semnificativă la suinele din LE2 şi LE3 la nivel de 0,779 (P≤0,01) şi 0,719 kg (P≤0,05) cu 27,08 şi 17,29% mai mare faţă de suinele din LM şi cu 25,04 (P≤0,01) şi 15,41% (P≤0,05) faţă de LE1. Respectiv şi consumul de nutreţ combinat în loturile experimentale LE1, LE2 şi LE3 este cu 0,119; 0,227 şi 0,116 kg sau corespunzător cu 11,08; 21,14 şi 10,80% mai mic faţă de LM. The administration of the feed additive Bilaxan in the composition of the basic combined feed for animals in the experimental groups had a positive effect on the live weight and the average daily gain. At the end of the experiment, the pigs in LE2 and LE3 showed a live weight 2.31 and 1.57% higher than in LM. The average daily gain was a significant difference in the pigs in LE2 and LE3 at the level of 0.779 (P≤0.01) and 0.719 kg (P≤0.05) with 27.08 and 17.29% higher than in LM pigs and with 25.04 (P≤0.01) and 15.41% (P≤0.05) compared to LE1. Respectively, the consumption of combined feed in the experimental groups LE1, LE2 and LE3 is 0.119; 0.227 and 0.116 kg or correspondingly 11.08; 21.14 and 10.80% lower than LM.
Aditivul furajer Bionorm K în doză de 0,45 kg/t nutreţ combinat a influenţat micşorarea consumului de hrană cu doar 0,82% faţă de LM. The feed additive Bionorm K at a dose of 0.45 kg/t of combined feed influenced the decrease in feed consumption by only 0.82% compared to LM.
Totodată, eficacitatea aditivului furajer Bilaxan a fost evaluată prin testarea digestibilităţii substanţelor nutritive (tab. 4). At the same time, the effectiveness of the Bilaxan feed additive was evaluated by testing the digestibility of nutrients (tab. 4).

Suplimentarea nutreţului combinat destinat tineretului suin cu aditivul furajer Bilaxan în doză de 0,3 kg/t a influenţat pozitiv şi semnificativ autentic digestibilitatea substanţelor nutritive, şi anume: substanţa uscată cu 3,24% (P≤0,05); substanţa organică cu 2,54% (P≤0,1); proteina brută cu 7,50% (P≤0,01), a îmbunătăţit digestibilitibilitatea grăsimii şi a celulozei brute cu 8,18% şi, respectiv, 37,45% în comparaţie cu LM. Supplementing the combined feed intended for young pigs with the feed additive Bilaxan at a dose of 0.3 kg/t positively and significantly influenced the digestibility of nutrients, namely: dry matter by 3.24% (P≤0.05); organic matter by 2.54% (P≤0.1); crude protein by 7.50% (P≤0.01), improved the digestibility of fat and crude cellulose by 8.18% and, respectively, 37.45% compared to LM.
În acelaşi timp, cea mai apropiată soluţie în comparaţie cu nivelul propus de aditiv furajer Bilaxan a indicat o digestibilitate mai scăzută a substanţei uscate cu 1,46%, a substanţei organice cu 1,69%; proteinei brute cu 1,50%; grăsimii brute cu 1,82%; celulozei brute cu 8,5% şi a SEN brut cu 1,28%. At the same time, the closest solution compared to the proposed level of Bilaxan feed additive indicated a lower digestibility of dry matter by 1.46%, organic matter by 1.69%; crude protein by 1.50%; crude fat by 1.82%; crude cellulose by 8.5% and crude SEN by 1.28%.

Administrarea aditivului furajer în perioada de creştere a suinelor în doză de 0,3 kg/t în componenţa nutreţului combinat de bază a permis obţinerea unui venit condiţionat de 52,51 lei (tab. 5), pe când soluţia cea mai apropiată a permis obţinerea unui venit condiţionat de aproximativ 9,3 lei. The administration of the feed additive during the pig rearing period at a dose of 0.3 kg/t as part of the basic combined feed allowed obtaining a conditional income of 52.51 lei (tab. 5), while the closest solution allowed obtaining a conditional income of approximately 9.3 lei.
