Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a alcoolului etilic.Rezultatul tehnic constă în utilizarea deşeurilor industriei zahărului şi conservelor, micşorarea preţului de cost al produsului.Procedeul prevede păstrarea şi acidularea melasei cu acid sulfuric sau clorhidric, omogenizarea, maturarea şi diluarea ei cu apă, introducerea substanţelor nutritive, levurilor, rediluarea, fermentarea amestecului, distilarea şi rectificarea lui. Noutatea constă în acidularea până la pH 2,8-4,0, diluarea şi rediluarea cu deşeuri din industria conservelor până la 17,0% de substanţe uscate, introducerea levurilor vinicole autolizate la o doză de 2,0-4,0% de vol. În calitate de deşeuri ale industriei conservelor se iau sucurile şi pulpa de fructe nestandarde, sedimentele de pe urma decantării sucurilor şi vinurilor, obţinute prin fermentarea celor din urmă cu maia la o temperatură de, 25±3°C până când concentraţia alcoolului în mediu atinge 4,0-7,0% de vol., şi limpezirea în decurs de 5-10 zile.
