Abstract

Invenţia se referă la băuturile alcoolice, în special la un procedeu tehnologic de obţinere a alcoolului etilic.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul de obţinere a alcoolului etilic din tuberculi de topinambur (Helianthus tuberosus L.) include spălarea tuberculilor de topinambur, introducerea lor în vasul de fierbere, încălzirea cu acid mineral până la încheierea procesului de zaharificare, neutralizarea acidităţii excesive cu CaCO3, fermentarea, distilarea alcoolului etilic. Tuberculii de topinambur după spălare se mărunţesc până la 6…8 mm, iar încălzirea se efectuează la pH 2,5…3,0.
