Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia organică, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a 3,3-dimetil-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il)butan-2-onei - un intermediat pentru sinteza substanţelor cu activitate biologică antituberculoasă sau fungicidă.Esenţa invenţiei revendicate constă în aceea că se alchilează 1,2,4-triazolul cu 1-clor-3,3-dimetil-2-butan-2-onă în sistemul acetonă/K2CO3, conform schemei:Amestecul reactant se fierbe timp de 5…7 ore, se separă soluţia acetonică de precipitatul format, se distilează acetona, reziduul se extrage cu hexan la fierbere, din care la răcire se sedimentează produsul pur 1.Reacţia decurge într-o singură etapă, într-un timp mai scurt şi cu un randament mai mare (99%) faţă de procedeele analogice.
