Abstract
Изобретение относится к органической химии, а именно к способу получения 3,3-диметил-1-(1H-1,2,4-триазол-1-ил)бутан-2-она - промежуточного соединения для синтеза биологически активных веществ с противотуберкулёзной или фунгицидной активностью.Сущность изобретения состоит в алкилировании 1,2,4-триазола 1-хлор-3,3- диметил -2-бутан-2-она в системе ацетон/K2CO3 согласно схеме:Реакционную смесь кипятят 5…7 часов, отделяют ацетоновый раствор от образовавшегося осадка, отгоняют ацетон, остаток экстрагируют гексаном при кипении, из которого при охлаждении выпадает чистый продукт 1.Реакция проходит в одну стадию, за более короткое время и с более высоким выходом (99%) по сравнению со способом-аналогом.
