Abstract
Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к способу производства этилового спирта.Способ производства этилового спирта включает получение сырого сока из Sorghum saccharatum, его подкисление неорганической кислотой до рН 2,5…3,2 с выдержкой в течение 4…6 часов, сульфитацию сернистым ангидридом до 50…80 мг/дм3, добавление виноградного диффузионного сока в объемном соотношении 1:(0,5…1), введение винных дрожжевых осадков Saccharomyces cerevisiae в объеме 2…3%, брожение полученной смеси и дистилляцию-ректификацию биомассы.Результат состоит в повышение качества этилового спирта и увеличение выхода продукции.
