Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a alcoolului etilic.Procedeul de fabricare a alcoolului etilic include obţinerea sucului crud din Sorghum saccharatum, acidularea lui cu un acid neorganic până la pH-ul 2,5…3,2 cu menţinerea timp de 4…6 h, sulfitarea cu anhidridă sulfuroasă până la 50…80 mg/dm3, adăugarea sucului de difuziune din struguri în raport de volum de 1:(0,5…1), introducerea sedimentelor vinicole de levuri Saccharomyces cerevisiae în volum de 2…3%, fermentarea amestecului obţinut şi distilarea-rectificarea biomasei.Rezultatul constă în ameliorarea calităţii alcoolului etilic şi sporirea randamentului.
