Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la un procedeu de fabricare a alcoolului etilic. Procedeul de fabricare a alcoolului etilic include obtinerea sucului crud din Sorghum saccharatum, acidularea lui cu un acid neorganic pana la pH-ul 2,5…3,2 cu mentinerea timp de 4…6 h, sulfitarea cu anhidrida sulfuroasa pana la 50…80 mg/dm3, adaugarea sucului de difuziune din struguri in raport de volum de 1:(0,5…1), introducerea sedimentelorvinicole de levuri Saccharomyces cerevisiae in volum de 2…3%, fermentarea amestecului obtinut si distilarea-rectificarea biomasei. Rezultatul constain ameliorarea calitatii alcoolului etilic si sporirea randamentului.
