Abstract

Изобретение также относится к способу получения биомассы дрожжей Saccharomyces или продукта дрожжей Saccharomyces с использованием данного субстрата и к способам получения этанола, включающим инкубацию дрожжей Saccharomyces, полученных данным применением или способом. Изобретение также относится к штаммам дрожжей Saccharomyces, подходящим для данного применения или способов.
