Abstract
The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and may be used for preparation of dry, semidry, mortar and concrete plastic or stiff mixes.The cyclic-type mixer comprises a body (1) with semicylindrical bottom installed onto supports (6), into the frontal walls of which there is mounted a shaft (3) with mixing devices, made in the form of bars (2), fixed onto the shaft in sections, each of which includes an even number of bars, fixed radially and uniformly placed round the circumference. All sections are placed along the shaft (3) with the same step, and each following section is fixed onto the shaft with an angular displacement about the preceding one, equal to a half angle between the bars. Onto the bars (2) of each of the sections, in the course of rotation of the shaft, lengthwise there are fixed additional elements, made in the form of hemisphere (4), and onto the ends of the bars - in the form of quarters of sphere (5). The additional elements, of which diameter is greater than the diameter of the bars, are fixed onto them with the plane part, with the step greater than their diameter, and in each section the additional elements are placed onto the adjacent bars with a half-step displacement.
