Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini si poate fi aplicata la prepararea amestecurilor uscate, semiuscate, de mortar si de beton plastic sau vartos. Malaxorul cu actiune ciclica contine un corp (1) cu fundul semicilindric instalat pe suporturi (6), in peretii frontali ai caruia este montat un arbore (3) cu organe de amestecare, executate in forma de bare (2), care sunt fixate pearbore in sectii, incluzand fiecare un numar par de bare, fixate radial si amplasate uniform pe circumferinta. Toate sectiile sunt amplasate de-a lungul arborelui (3) cu acelasi pas, iar fiecare sectie urmatoare este fixata pe arbore cu o deplasare unghiulara fata de cea precedenta, egala cu o jumatate a unghiului dintre bare. Pe barele (2) fiecarei sectii, in sensul rotirii arborelui, de-a lungul sunt fixate elemente suplimentare, executate in forma de emisfere (4), iar pe capetele barelor – in forma de patrimi de sfera (5). Elementele suplimentare, diametrul carora este mai mare decat diametrul barelor, sunt fixate pe ele cu partea plana, cu pasul mai mare decat diametrul lor, iar in fiecare sectie, elementele suplimentare sunt amplasatepe barele vecine cu o deplasare de jumatate de pas.The invention relates to the machine building industry and can be applied to the preparation of dry, semi-dry, mortar and plastic or plastic concrete mixtures. The mixer with cyclic action contains a body (1) with the semi-cylindrical bottom installed on supports (6), in the front walls of which is mounted a shaft (3) with mixing members, executed in the form of bars (2), which are fixed pearbore in sections, each including an even number of bars, radially fixed and evenly placed on the circumference. All sections are located along the shaft (3) with the same step, and each next section is fixed to the shaft with an angular displacement from the previous one, equal to half the angle between the bars. On the bars (2) of each section, in the sense of rotating the shaft, along the additional elements are fixed, executed in the form of hemispheres (4), and on the ends of the bars - in the form of spheres (5). The additional elements, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the bars, are fixed on them with the flat side, with the step greater than their diameter, and in each section, the additional elements are located by the neighboring bars with a half-step movement.
