Abstract

Inventia se refera la constructia de masini, si anume la malaxoarele cu actiune ciclica, si poate fi aplicata la prepararea amestecurilor uscate, semiuscate, de mortar si de beton plastic si vartos. Malaxorul cu actiune ciclica contine un jgheab dublu (1) si, montati in el, doi arbori orizontali (2), (3), pe care sunt fixate organe de amestecare (4). Organele de amestecare (4) sunt executate in forma de bare fixate radial in forma de sah, formand patru sau mai multe randuri longitudinale si situate in asa mod, ca planurile de rotire ale fiecarui rand transversal de bare ale primului arbore (2) se afla intre planurile de rotire a doua randuri transversale megiese de bare ale arborelui al doilea (3) si invers. Distanta axiala dintre orice doua randuri transversale de bare megiese care apartin diferitilor arbori si distanta dintre capetele barelor unui arbore si suprafata altui arbore este mai mare decat dimensiunea celor mai mari particule ale amestecului. Distanta dintre axele arborilor (2), (3) este mai mica decat suma a doua raze de bare si mai mare decat suma diametrului arborelui si a razei barei. Suplimentar pe arbori (2), (3), langa peretii laterali ai jgheabului dublu (1) sunt fixate razuitoare radiale (5) cu unghiul de inclinare egal cu 45 degree fata de axa arborelui, si situate pe primul arbore (2) cu inclinarea de dreapta in partea stanga a malaxorului si cu inclinarea de stanga in partea dreapta, iar pe arborele al doilea (3) - invers.The invention relates to the construction of machines, namely to mixers with cyclic action, and can be applied to the preparation of dry, semi-dry, mortar and plastic and concrete mixtures. The mixer with cyclic action contains a double trough (1) and, mounted in it, two horizontal shafts (2), (3), on which the mixing members (4) are fixed. The mixing members (4) are executed in the form of bars fixed radially in the form of chess, forming four or more longitudinal rows and located in such a way that the rotation planes of each cross-bar of the first shaft (2) are between the rotary planes of two transverse rows of bars of the second shaft (3) and vice versa. The axial distance between any two transverse rows of center bars that belong to different trees and the distance between the ends of the bars of one tree and the surface of another tree is larger than the size of the largest particles in the mixture. The distance between the axes of the shafts (2), (3) is smaller than the sum of the two beams of the bars and greater than the sum of the diameter of the shaft and the radius of the bar. In addition to the shafts (2), (3), next to the side walls of the double trough (1) are fixed radial scrapers (5) with the angle of inclination equal to 45 degrees to the axis of the shaft, and located on the first shaft (2) with the inclination right in the left side of the mixer and with the left tilt in the right side, and on the second shaft (3) - vice versa.
