Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, in special la un procedeu de fabricare a vinului spumant natural. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include cupajarea si tratarea vinurilor brute, prepararea licorilor de rezervor, de expeditie si a maielei de cultura pura de levuri, pregatirea amestecului fermentativ, fermentarea secundara in rezervoare, racirea, administrarea licorii de expeditie, filtrarea si imbutelierea vinului spumant. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca pentru cupajare se utilizeaza vinuri brute tinere si vinuri maturate in vase de stejar luate respectiv in raport de (14...19):(1...6) parti de masa, iar racirea se efectueaza la o temperatura de -3...-4°C cu o durata de criostatare de 48 ore. Rezultatul consta in obtinerea unui vin spumant natural cu proprietati caracteristice vinului spumant clasic de colectie.
