Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a acoperirii chimice compoziţionale care se depune pe suprafeţele metalice şi nemetalice ale pieselor aparatelor şi poate fi utilizată în industria constructoare de maşini şi aparate.Procedeul de obţinere a acoperirii chimice compoziţionale include pregătirea suspensiei, care conţine următoarele componente, g/L: sulfat de nichel 20…30, acid lactic 35…45, hipofosfit de sodiu 10…30, anhidridă maleică 1…2 şi particule disperse 5…10; depunerea acoperirii din suspensie prin agitare la temperatura de 70…90ºC şi arderea ulterioară a ei în atmosferă inertă.În calitate de particule disperse se utilizează borurile inhibate ale metalelor tranzitive. Agitarea suspensiei se efectuează la pseudolichefierea particulelor feromagnetice gumate sferice din hexaferit de bariu cu diametrul de 3…5 mm, magnetizate până la saturaţie.Obţinerea borurilor inhibate ale metalelor tranzitive se efectuează prin introducerea la agitare în electroliţii uzaţi din băile galvanice de nichelare, cobaltare şi/sau feritizare, încălziţi până la temperatura de 70…90ºC, a soluţiei de borhidrură de sodiu, totodată raportul molar soluţie borhidrură de sodiu:ioni ai metalelor tranzitive constituie (0,8…1,2):1, cu tratarea ulterioară a suprafeţei particulelor obţinute în soluţii de clorură de plumb şi cromat de sodiu.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în îmbunătăţirea proprietăţilor acoperirilor chimice compoziţionale datorită utilizării particulelor inhibate înalt disperse care asigură majorarea stabilităţii suspensiilor obţinute, precum şi datorită durităţii şi termostabilităţii borurilor metalelor.
