Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a acoperirii chimice compozitionale care se depune pe suprafetele metalice si nemetalice ale pieselor aparatelor si poate fi utilizata in industria constructoare de masini si aparate. Procedeul de obtinere a acoperirii chimice compozitionale include pregatirea suspensiei, care contine urmatoarele componente, g/L: sulfat de nichel 20...30, acid lactic 35...45, hipofosfit de sodiu 10...30, anhidrida maleica 1...2 si particule disperse 5...10; depunerea acoperirii din suspensie prin agitare la temperatura de 70...90?C si arderea ulterioara a ei in atmosfera inerta. In calitate de particule disperse se utilizeaza borurile inhibate ale metalelor tranzitive. Agitarea suspensiei se efectueaza la pseudolichefierea particulelor feromagnetice gumate sferice din hexaferit de bariu cu diametrul de 3...5 mm, magnetizate pana la saturatie. Obtinerea borurilor inhibate ale metalelor tranzitive se efectueaza prin introducerea la agitare in electrolitii uzati din baile galvanice de nichelare, cobaltare si/sau feritizare, incalziti pana la temperatura de 70...90?C, a solutiei de borhidrura de sodiu, totodata raportul molar solutie borhidrura de sodiu:ioni ai metalelor tranzitive constituie (0,8...1,2):1, cu tratarea ulterioara a suprafetei particulelor obtinute in solutii de clorura de plumb si cromat de sodiu. Rezultatul inventiei consta in imbunatatirea proprietatilor acoperirilor chimice compozitionale datorita utilizarii particulelor inhibate inalt disperse care asigura majorarea stabilitatii suspensiilor obtinute, precum si datorita duritatii si termostabilitatii borurilor metalelor. ŕ
