Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a colorantului natural glucozidă de cianidină, care poate fi utilizat în industriile alimentară şi farmaceutică.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include extragerea colorantului din fructe de scoruşe negre cu soluţie apoasă conţinând 50% vol. etanol şi 1,25% mas. HCl, diluarea extractului cu apă, tratarea cu sulfocationit în H-formă la 20°C timp de 90 min, desorbţia colorantului din cationit în condiţii dinamice cu soluţie apoasă conţinând 60% vol. etanol şi 1,5% mas. HCl la 50…60°C, trecerea eluatului prin coloana cu anionit în OH-formă, distilarea lui în vid, filtrarea, concentrarea în vid la presiunea de până la 100 Pa, diluarea concentratului cu etanol şi uscarea lui până la obţinerea colorantului cristalin.
