Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a băuturii tari.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, includeprepararea cupajului în două etape consecutive. La etapa întâi se prepară două cupaje preliminare cu tăria de 38...42% vol. cu repausul lor ulterior, iar la etapa a doua cupajele menţionate se omogenizează în raport de 1,0 : (1,0…2,5). Totodată primul cupaj se obţine din distilat maturat, sirop de zahăr şi caramel, iar al doilea din alcool etilic rafinat şi/sau alcool etilic de vin, extract de stejar şi/sau extract natural de substanţe fenolice, sirop de zahăr şi caramel.Rezultatul constă în majorarea calităţii şi stabilităţii produsului finit.
