Abstract
The invention relates to the method of new cefalosporinic antibiotics of 7-[2-(2-aminothiazolyl-4)-2-alkoxyiminoacetamido]-3-cefem-4 carbonic acid of general formulain the form of sin-isomers, where R - radical CH2-S-R3 wherein R3-C2-C4-acyl, 2-methyl-1,3,4-triadiazolyl or 1-methyl-tetrazolyl or R-C1-C5-alcyl; R1-C1-C4-alkyl; A-atom of hydrogen or alkali metal or equivalent of organic amine.The purpose of the invention is obtaining of new cefalosporinic compounds extending the arsenal of remedies, influenced on live organism.The method is realized by interaction of the compounds of general formulawherein R - have the means mentioned above and A - atom of hydrogen or group forming esteric group with acid of formulaor with functional derivative of this acid, wherein R2 - chloracetyl or protected group such as trityl, and R has the means mentioned above, in the solvent from the temperature of (-35)°C up to room temperature. The obtaining compound is treated by triourea and/or is undergone the acid hydrolysis that can be realized in solvent medium from the room temperature up to the temperature of reaction mixture boiling. The final product is separated in the form of free acid or alkali metal salt or organic amin.
