Abstract
The invention relates to the preparation of new cefalosporinic class antibiotics especially of 7-[2-(2-aminothiazolyl-4)-2-oxyiminoacetamido]-3-acetoxymethyl-3-cefem-4-carbonic acid derivatives of general formulain the form of sin-isomers that can be applied as medicines.The purpose of the invention is obtaining of new cefalosporinic compounds extending the arsenal of remedies influenced on live organism.The method is realized by interaction of 7-aminocefalosporanic acid of formulawith acid of general formulain the form of sin-isomers wherein R1-C1-C4-alkyl, C2-C4-alkenyl or protected group such as trityl or with its functional derivative in the solvent medium in the presence of base from temperature of (-30)°C up to temperature of environment.The obtaining acid of formulain the form of sin-isomer, wherein R1 and R2 have indicated means, in the case of necessity is treated by thiourea and/or is undergone the acid hydrolysis.The final product is separated in the form of free acid or in the form of alkali metal salt or organic amin.
