Abstract
The invention relates to the preparation of new antibiotics of cefalosporinic class, especially 7-[2-(2-aminotriazolyl-4)-2-oxyiminoacetamido]-3-acetoxymethyl-3-cefem-4-carbonic acid or its salts with alkali metals of general formula(I)in the form of sin-isomer, wherein A-hydrogen or alkali metal that can be applied as medicines.The purpose of the invention is obtaining of new cefalosporine antibiotics extending the arsenal of remedies influenced on live organism.The method is realized by interaction of compounds of general formula II(II)wherein A1- group, eliminated by acid hydrolysis or hydrogenolysis with acid of general formula III(III)in the form of sin-isomer or with functional derivative of this acid, wherein R1 and R2 - group, eliminated by acid hydrolysis or hydrogenolysis,Forming compound of general formula IV(IV)in the form of sin-isomer wherein A1, R1 and R2 have indicated means, than is treated by one or some agents of acid hydrolysis or hydrogenolysis.The final product is separated in the form of free acid or its salt with alkali metals.
