Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un catalizator de hidrogenare selectivă a alchinelor. Agentul purtator al catalizatorului este alumina sau în principal alumina şi are o structură bimodală de distribuţie a porilor, iar aria suprefeţei specifice a catalizatorului este de 20-50 m2/g, unde diametrul porilor mici este de 15-50 nm, şi diametrul porilor mari este de 80-500 nm. Catalizatorul cel puţin conţine Pd, Ni şi Cu, şi la masa agentului purtător de 100%, conţinutul de Pd este de 0,035-0,08%, conţinutul de Ni este de 0,5-5%, şi raportul de masă a Cu la Ni este de 0,1-1,0, unde Ni, Cu şi o parte din Pd, este depusă de o microemulsie. Dimensiunea particulelor microemulsiei este mai mare decât diametrul maxim al porilor mici şi este mai mic decât diametrul maxim al porilor mari; cantitatea de Pd de microemulsie este depusă de 1/100-1/200 din suma conţinuturilor de Ni şi Cu; şi o parte din Pd este depus de o soluţie. Catalizatorul din prezenta invenţie poate fi utilizat într-un proces de hidrogenare selectivă a fracţiilor C2, are o bună activitate de anti-cocsificare şi poate menţine o bună activitate de hidrogenare şi o selectivitate excelentă pentru un timp relativ lung.
