Abstract
Invenţia se referă la compuşi cu formula (I)(I)sau la săruri farmaceutic acceptabile ale acestora, unde A, L, D, R1-R6, x şi y sunt definiţi în descrierea invenţiei. Derivaţii diheterociclici noi legaţi de cicloalchil sunt utilizaţi în tratamentul creşterii anormale a celulelor, astfel ca cancerul, la mamifere. Prezenta invenţie de asemenea se referă la compoziţii farmaceutice, care conţin compuşi, şi la metode de utilizare a compuşilor şi compoziţiilor în tratamentul creşterii anormale a celulelor la mamifere.
