Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de păstrare a produselor horticole: boabelor, fructelor, legumelor, verdeţurilor (pătrunjel, mărar) etc., care permite de a garanta o păstrare sigură la o depozitare îndelungată.Anterior depozitării produselor horticole în fructe şi plante se determină conţinutul de etilenă endogenă, după care acestea se menţin într-o atmosferă cu conţinut de 1-metilciclopropen. Totodată, concentraţia maximă de 1-metilciclopropen în atmosferă în procesul tratării trebuie de cel puţin 1,2…3 ori să depăşească concentraţia de etilenă endogenă în produsele horticole anterior tratării. După menţinerea produselor horticole în atmosferă cu conţinut de 1-metilciclopropen, produsele se depozitează la o temperatură joasă în depozite într-un mediu obişnuit sau într-un mediu gazos reglabil.Procedeul permite de a prelungi termenul de păstrare a produselor horticole şi de a reduce consumul de preparate cu conţinut de 1-metilciclopropen.
