Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la un pandişpan aglutenic.La prepararea pandişpanului este prevăzută substituirea făinii de grâu cu făină de soriz, care este materie primă autohtonă ce nu conţine gluten.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în obţinerea unui produs dietetic, care poate fi consumat de persoanele cu intoleranţă la gluten şi în reducerea preţului de cost al produsului finit.
