Abstract
Invenţia se referă la proteinele sau polipeptidele virusului răsucirii frunzelor viţei de vie (tipul 2) şi la utilizarea lor.În invenţie se revendică proteină sau polipeptidă izolată care corespunde proteinei sau polipeptidei virusului răsucirii frunzelor de viţă de vie (tipul 2). De asemenea se revendică molecule izolate de ARN şi ADN care codifică această proteină sau polipeptidă. În plus, se revendică sistemul de expresie care conţine molecula de ADN, celulă-gazdă, soi transgenic de plantă. În afară de aceasta, se revendică metodă de transmitere a rezistenţei faţă de virusul răsucirii frunzelor de viţă de vie, metodă de transmitere a rezistenţei faţă de virusul gălbinării sfeclei, anticorp care identifică proteina sau polipeptida şi metodă de detectare a virusului răsucirii frunzelor de viţă de vie.
