Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROTEìNAS DO VìRUS DE FOLHA ENROLADA (TIPO 2) DE VIDEIRA E SEUS EMPREGOS". A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas isoladas ou polipeptídios do vírus (tipo 2) que enrola folhas de videiras. São também reveladas as moléculas de codificação de DNA tanto sozinhas em uma forma isolada ou em um sistema de expressão, uma célula hospedeira ou uma videira transgênica. Outros aspectos da presente invenção referem-se a um processo que fornece resistência ao enrolamento das folhas da videira às plantas de tabaco e videiras, por transformação das mesmas com moléculas de DNA da presente invenção, um processo para fornecer resistência ao vírus de amarelamento da beterraba a uma planta de beterraba, um processo para fornecer resistência ao vírus da tristeza a uma planta cítrica e um processo para detectar a presença de um vírus que enrola folhas de videira, tal como GRLaV-2 em uma amostra.
