Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la procedeele de preparare a berii.Procedeul include pregătirea plămădelii de malţ, zaharificarea ei, filtrarea, fierberea semifabricatului de bere, limpezirea lui, răcirea, fermentarea primară, postfermentarea cu adăugarea tincturii din materie primă vegetală, filtrarea şi carbonatarea. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că în calitate de tinctură din materie primă vegetală se adaugă tinctură alcoolică de nuci verzi în cantitate de 1,4…2,4% din volumul de bere tânără.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în îmbogăţirea berii cu componente biologic active.
