Abstract

The invention relates to beekeeping, in particular to a process for producing royal jelly.The process, according to the invention, comprises introducing into the breeding family 1-3 frames equipped with alveoli with 40-110 transferred larvae and daily feeding the nurse bees, in the absence of a maintenance honey flow, with a mixture of 50% sugar syrup and 1.25-3.25 mL/L of 2% aqueous solution of hexaaminecobalt(III) chloride, in an amount of 1.0 L of mixture per bee family, for 3 days, after which the frames are removed from the hive to collect royal jelly, and the procedure is repeated twice more.

[0031] Diametrul botcelor în a 3-a zi la loturile experimentale a constituit în medie 10,32-10,63 mm, iar lungimea - 23,91-25,90 mm. Masa botcelor cu larve şi lăptişor din lotul II a fost cu 0,18 g mai mare faţă de lotul martor (*B3≥ 0,999). Cea mai mare cantitate de lăptişor de matcă dintr-o botcă s-a obţinut la lotul II, în medie 0,587 g sau cu 84 mg (16,70%) mai mult faţă de lotul IV martor, diferenţa fiind autentică (**B3≥ 0,999) (tabelul 2). Coeficientul de variaţie a indicilor studiaţi a oscilat între 5,24 (diametrul botcelor) şi 13,05 (cantitatea de lăptişor de matcă obţinută dintr-o botcă). [0046] S-a relevat că diametrul botcelor din loturile experimentale constituie în medie 10,23-10,26 mm sau cu 0,15-0,18 mm (1,49-1,79%) mai mare faţă de lotul IV martor, lungimea botcelor este respectiv de 21,41-22,05 mm (2,47-2,94%), masa botcelor 1,08-1,09 g (2,86-3,81%) (tabelul 4). Dintr-o botcă din loturile experimentale s-au obţinut în medie câte 0,413-0,420 g de lăptişor de matcă sau cu 0,020-0,027 g (5,10-6,87%) mai mult decât lotul martor. 1. Procedeu de obţinere a lăptişorului de matcă, care include introducerea în familia crescătoare a 1-3 rame echipate cu botce cu 40-110 larve transvazate şi hrănirea zilnică a albinelor doici, în lipsa unui cules melifer de întreţinere, cu un amestec de sirop de zahăr de 50% şi 1,25-3,25 mL/L de soluţie apoasă de 2% de clorură de hexaamincobalt(III), în cantitate de 1,0 L de amestec la o familie de albine, timp de 3 zile, după care ramele se scot din stup pentru colectarea lăptişorului de matcă, iar procedura se mai repetă de două ori, totodată sunt utilizate rame standard de 435x300 mm cu 2 şipci, la nivelul superior şi de mijloc, echipate cu 30 (15/15) botce, precum şi cu 3 şipci, la nivelul superior, de mijloc şi inferior, echipate cu 40 (14/13/13) botce, botcele fiind constituite din căpăcel de fixare pentru portcupulă, portcupulă şi cupulă.1.
