Abstract
Invenţia se referă la rezistenţa plantelor la acţiuni distructive, provocate de nematodul galicol javanez.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că pentru a obţine plante rezistente la contaminarea cu nematozii galicoli javanezi se efectuează identificarea genei plantei infestate, care este expresată în locusul nematodic nutritiv. Promotorul locusului nutritiv al genei se separă şi se fuzionează cu secvenţa, care codifică o moleculă ostilă infestării cu nematodul galicol javanez. În continuare planta se modifică cu ajutorul genei himere construite astfel.Rezultatul tehnic al procedeului propus este obţinerea plantelor rezistente la nematodul galicol javanez pe baza transformării lor cu ajutorul genei himere.
