Abstract

Для получения растений проявляющих устойчивость к заражению яванскими галловыми нематодами, осуществляют идентификацию гена зараженного растения, который выражен в нематодном питательном локусе. Промотор питательного локуса гена изолируют и ассоциируют с последовательностью, которая кодирует молекулу враждебную к заражению яванской галловой нематодой. В дальнейшем растение трансформируют при помощи химерного гена сконструированного таким образом.
