Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération de matériaux de batterie au lithium usagés. Le procédé de récupération comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) soumettre une poudre de batterie obtenue par désassemblage de cellules de batteries au lithium usagées à une lixiviation à l'ammoniac, et effectuer une séparation solide-liquide pour obtenir un lixiviat et des résidus de filtre ; (2) ajouter un agent de précipitation de fluor-phosphore au lixiviat obtenu à l'étape (1), et effectuer une séparation solide-liquide pour obtenir un filtrat dans lequel des résidus de fluor-phosphore sont éliminés ; (3) soumettre le filtrat obtenu à l'étape (2) à une distillation d'ammoniac et à une séparation solide-liquide pour obtenir un filtrat et des résidus de filtre contenant du carbonate de cuivre basique et du carbonate de lithium ; (4) laver les résidus de filtre obtenus à l'étape (3) avec de l'eau, et séparer le carbonate de cuivre basique pour obtenir de l'eau de lavage contenant du carbonate de lithium ; et (5) soumettre les résidus de filtre obtenus à l'étape (1) à un grillage réducteur, puis laver celle-ci, ajouter l'eau de lavage obtenue à l'étape (4) à celle-ci, extraire le lithium au moyen de la lixiviation à l'eau, et filtrer celle-ci pour obtenir un filtrat extrait de lithium. Le procédé peut récupérer un métal de valeur dans des matériaux de batterie au lithium usagés sans extraction, et améliore ainsi le taux de récupération du métal de valeur.
