Abstract

L'invention concerne un tunnel de séchage pour fruits ou légumes qui comprend une chambre d'impulsion et de chauffage (2) et un plénum (3) conçu pour recevoir de l'air chaud sortant (6) généré dans la chambre d'impulsion et de chauffage (2) par le générateur, de manière que le plénum (3) présente des orifices (10) disposés en quinconce, situés sur sa surface inférieure (1), avec une densité d'orifices allant de 150 à 300 orifices (10) par mètre carré, lesdits orifices (10) étant conçus pour expulser de l'air chaud distribué (4) depuis l'intérieur du plénum (3) de manière perpendiculaire vers un système de transport (9) conçu pour déplacer des fruits et légumes destinés à être séchés.
