L'invention concerne une boîte collectrice (4) pour un échangeur thermique (1) apte à être parcourue par un fluide réfrigérant (FR). La boîte collectrice (4) comprend une paroi (14) délimitant une chambre (6) logeant un dispositif de distribution (7) du fluide réfrigérant (FR) à l'intérieur de la chambre (6). Le dispositif de distribution (7) comprend au moins un conduit (8) étendu entre deux extrémités (8a, 8b) suivant un axe longitudinal (Al), au moins l'une des extrémités (8a) du conduit (8) étant munie d'une bouche d'entrée (10) pour l'admission du fluide réfrigérant (FR) à l'intérieur du dispositif de distribution (7). Le dispositif de distribution (7) est muni d'au moins un orifice (11) pour l'évacuation du fluide réfrigérant (FR) hors du dispositif de distribution (7) vers la chambre (6). Au moins un organe de centrage (19) du dispositif de distribution (7) à l'intérieur de la chambre (6) est disposé entre les extrémités (9a, 9b) du dispositif de distribution (7) suivant l'axe longitudinal (Al).
