Abstract

Un dispositif (1) de distribution et de répartition d'une brasure sans flux sur un substrat (2) comprend un outil allongé (7), un support de montage d'outil (9), un générateur d'ultrasons (10), un tube guide-fil (11); et optionnellement un réservoir de chaleur (14) et un boîtier (15). L'outil (7) peut être fixé au support de montage d'outil (9) et présente un orifice longitudinal qui débouche dans une ouverture dans la pointe (8) de l'outil (7). Le tube guide-fil (11) s'étend le long d'un axe longitudinal central à travers le générateur d'ultrasons (10) et le support de montage d'outil (9), fait saillie dans l'orifice longitudinal de l'outil (7) et arrive jusqu'à une position au-dessus de la pointe (8) de l'outil (7). Le tube guide-fil (11) ne touche pas l'outil (7). Le générateur d'ultrasons (10) est fixé au support de montage d'outil (9). Avantageusement, une chambre de refroidissement (20) qui peut être refroidie activement est formée entre une paroi intérieure du boîtier (15) et le générateur d'ultrasons (10).
