Abstract
La invencion consiste en un tunel de secado para frutas u hortalizas que comprende una camara de impulsion y calentamiento (2) y un plenum (3), configurado para recibir un aire caliente saliente (6) generado en la camara de impulsion y calentamiento (2) por el generador, de modo que el plenum (3) comprende unos orificios (10) dispuestos al tresbolillo, situados en su superficie inferior (1), con una densidad de orificios de entre los 150 a 300 orificios (10) por metro cuadrado, donde dichos orificios (10) estan configurados para expulsar un aire caliente distribuido (4) desde el interior del plenum (3) de forma perpendicular hacia un sistema del transporte (9), configurado para desplazar frutas y hortalizas para ser secadas.
