Abstract

Station de traitement de surfaces d'objets, tels que des carrosseries de véhicules et/ou des composants liés au secteur automobile, comprenant une cabine (11) avec au moins une entrée (12) et au moins une sortie (13) pour une carrosserie de véhicule, un système (18) de déplacement de la pièce à traiter entre l'entrée et la sortie et au moins un robot de peinture et/ou de manutention (17) positionné à l'intérieur de la cabine. La cabine (11) contient un support motorisé (23) qui tourne autour d'un axe vertical (19) de manière à diriger séquentiellement vers le robot (17) différents côtés du composant positionné sur le support (23). La cabine (11) a, vue en plan, une forme polygonale avec plus de quatre côtés, au moins l'entrée (12) et la au moins une sortie (13) étant agencées sur des côtés de la cabine qui ne se font pas face de sorte que l'au moins une au moins une sortie (13) n'est pas alignée avec la au moins une entrée (12), le système de manutention (18) étant agencé sur le support (23) de manière à tourner ensemble avec celui-ci afin qu'il puisse être aligné avec l'entrée afin pour recevoir un objet et à la sortie afin d'évacuer un objet.
