Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de lyophilisation d'un produit (3), consistant à utiliser un système de chargement de produit en vrac (3) sous forme d'un sac (1), le sac (1) comportant un intérieur et un extérieur définis par une paroi souple, le sac (1) comprenant en outre un orifice de remplissage (5) assurant l'accès à l'intérieur du sac (1), à remplir, par l'intermédiaire de l'orifice de remplissage (5), l'intérieur du sac (1) d'un produit (3) présentant une première teneur en humidité, et à exposer le produit (3) à l'intérieur du sac (1) à un cycle de lyophilisation de manière à réduire la teneur en humidité du produit (3), de la première teneur en humidité à une seconde teneur en humidité inférieure.
