Abstract
Le procédé est réalisé au moyen du dépôt empilé d'une série de couches de fibres et/ou de particules avec un matériau liant et/ou d'autres additifs chimiques sur une bande transporteuse jusqu'à produire un tapis multicouche dans lequel les couches sont physiquement différentes. L'un de l'autre. Le procédé consiste à :- définir l'épaisseur et la densité finales du panneau ;- définir le nombre de couches formant le panneau et le type de matériau à utiliser pour chaque couche ;- sélectionner et préparer le matériau constitutif de chaque couche à former ; - déposer, de manière empilée et en quinconce, les couches préalablement définies en fonction du poids au m2 de chaque couche ; - précompacter et, éventuellement, préchauffer le mat ; - compacter le mat par pression et chaleur.L'invention concerne également la planche produite selon ce procédé pour la fabrication d'une planche stable symétrique ou asymétrique.
