Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil à couper des brins de nouilles gélatinisés utilisés dans la fabrication de nouilles instantanées. L'appareil comprend un transporteur pour transporter au moins une botte de brins de nouilles gélatinisés; et un élément de coupe rotatif disposé au-dessus du transporteur et servant à couper, selon une longueur prédéterminée, ladite botte de brins de nouilles gélatinisés transportée par le transporteur dans une direction sensiblement horizontale. L'élément de coupe rotatif est équipé de plusieurs lames disposées côte à côte et dont l'axe de rotation est orienté radialement autour de l'axe de rotation, lesdites lames étant espacées les unes des autres dans une direction circonférentielle par intervalles prédéterminés.
