Abstract
La présente invention concerne un miroir solaire réfléchissant comprenant un substrat de verre profilé ayant une zone focale, un revêtement réfléchissant sur sa surface convexe et une couche formant barrière aux ions sodium sur sa surface concave. Le substrat profilé présente un motif de contrainte ayant une contrainte de tension radiale dans la zone inférieure, et une contrainte de compression circonférentielle à la périphérie du substrat. Au fur et à mesure que la distance par rapport à la périphérie du substrat profilé augmente, la contrainte de compression circonférentielle diminue jusqu'à une " ligne de transition " où la contrainte de tension circonférentielle commence. Au fur et à mesure que la distance par rapport à la ligne de transition en allant vers la zone inférieure du substrat de verre augmente, la tension circonférentielle augmente. Pour compenser le motif de contrainte du substrat de verre profilé pour éviter le flambage et les fissures en surface de la couche formant barrière, on fait varier la couche barrière comprenant, entre autres choses, une épaisseur d'oxyde de silicium et d'aluminium. Un procédé de fabrication du miroir solaire à partir de sections profilées est également présenté.
