Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz biodīzeļdegvielas iegūšanu ķīmiski katalizētas interesterifikācijas reakcijā vienā stadijā atmosfēras spiedienā un zemākā temperatūrā par 320C, reakcijas ilgumam nepārsniedzot 45 minūtes. Par reaģentu izmanto metilformiātu, bet pēc katalizatora neitralizēšanas un reaģenta pārākuma atdestilēšanas veic nostādināšanu un biodīzeļdegvielas atdalīšanu no formīnu slāņiem. Par katalizatoru izmanto kālija terc-butoksīda šķīdumu terc-butanolā vai tetrahidrofurānā noteiktā katalizatora un eļļas molārā attiecībā.
