Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz smektītu iegūšanu no smektītus mazsaturošiem māliem. Piedāvātais paņēmiens ietver mālu samaisīšanu fosfāta ūdens šķīdumā (aktivators) vai mālu un aktivatora samaisīšanu ūdenī, iegūtās suspensijas nostādināšanu, koagulanta pievienošanu suspensijai un smektītu atdalīšanu no šķīduma. Atdalīšanu veic ar filtrēšanu vai centrifugēšanu, lai atdalītu aktivatora un koagulanta paliekas. Pēc tam smektītu skalo ar ūdeni un žāvē.
