Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento novedoso de purificación de glicerol, por medio del cual se produce glicerol proveniente de residuos parcialmente refinados para una variedad de aplicaciones industriales. La presente invención abarca una composición de glicerol parcialmente refinado que contiene sal, que es adecuada como glicerol grado de fermentación.
