Claims (21)

  1. LV 12814 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Attīrīts un izdalīts polinukleotīds, kas kodē cilvēku cikliskas GMP-saistošas, cikliskas GMP-specifiskas fosfodiesterāzes (cGB-PDE) polipeptīdu, kā norādīts secībā SEQ DD NO: 23.
  2. 2. Attīrīts un izdalīts polinukleotīds, kas kodē cGB-PDE polipeptīda, kā norādīts secībā SEQ ID NO: 23, cilvēku alēlu variantu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka šo polinukleotīdu hibridizē 65 °C temperatūrā 3X SSC, 20 mM nātrija fosfāta ar pH 6,8, atmazgājot 65 °C temperatūrā 2X SSC līdz DNS, kā norādīts secībā SEQ ID NO: 22, nekodējošās spirāles.
