Claims (20)

  1. LV 11334 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Gazifikācijas iekārta, kura ietver vai sastāv no sadedzināšanas vai gazifikācijas reaktora (1), kuram ir sadedzināšanas vai gazifikācijas kamera, ar vismaz vienu atvērumu kurināmā padevei, vismaz viens gāzes pievads un vismaz viens gāzes izvads, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sadedzināšanas vai gazifikācijas reaktors ir dubultkupola reaktors (1) ar sadedzināšanas vai gazifikācijas kameru, kuru veido ārējais kupols (1B) un rotētspējīgs, ieteicamāk koncentrisks, iekšējais kupols (1A), pie tam ieteicams, ka vismaz viens no minētajiem kupoliem (1A, 1B) ir regulējams vertikālā līmenī.
  2. 2. Gazifikācijas iekārta saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka dubultkupola reaktoram (1) ir vismaz viens pievads, lai tieši un/vai netieši pievadītu gāzes maisījumu, kurš satur ūdeņradi un/vai skābekli.
  3. 3. Gazifikācijas iekārta saskaņā ar 1. vai 2. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka dubultkupola reaktors (1) ir tieši un/vai netieši savienots ar vismaz vienu katalizatoru staciju (2), kura ražo ūdeņraža un skābekļa gāzu maisījumu.
  4. 4. Gazifikācijas iekārta saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1.- 3. punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka dubultkupola reaktora (1) izplūdes gāzu izvads ir tieši vai netieši savienots ar enerģiju ražojošo dzinēju, kurš darbina ģeneratoru (3).
  5. 5. Gazifikācijas iekārta saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 4. punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka enerģiju ražojošajam dzinējam, kas darbina ģeneratoru (3) ir izplūdes gāzu izvads, kurš ļauj gāzes vismaz daļēji atgriezt gazifikācijas reaktorā (1).
  6. 6. Gazifikācijas iekārta saskaņā ar jebkuru no 1. - 5. punktam, kas atšķiras ar to, ka dubultkupola reaktora (1) kupoli (1A, 1B) izgatavoti no siltumizturīga, speciāla keramiska materiāla vai piemērota metāla sakausējuma.
  7. 7. Paņēmiens organisku rūpniecisko un/vai sadzīves atkritumu pārvēršanai enerģētiskajās briketēs ar noteiktu siltumspēju, kas atšķiras ar to, ka cietos atkritumus sasmalcina, pēc tam cietos atkritumus sajauc ar šķidrajiem atkritumiem un pievieno cietēšanas līdzekli ar sekojošu maisījuma sacietināšanu zem spiediena.
  8. 8. Paņēmiens saaskaņā ar 7. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sasmalcinātos cietos atkritumus kombinē ar šķidrajiem atkritumiem attiecībās 65 - 45 % cieto atkritumu : 35 -55 % šķidro atkritumu. -2-
  9. 9. Paņēmiens saskaņā ar 7. vai 8. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka kā cietēšanas komponentus izmanto akrilēsterus un/vai šķīstošos silikātus un/vai poliakrilskābes un/vai to sāļus un/vai poliolus kombinācijā ar diizocionātiem.
  10. 10. Paņēmiens saskaņā ar jebkuru no 7. - 9. punktam, kas atšķiras ar to, ka pirms to sajaukšanas ar cietiem atkritumiem, šķidrajiem atkritumiem kā ķīmiskos reaģentus piejauc skābes un/vai bāzes un/vai reducējošas un/vai oksidējošas vielas, pie kam maisīšanas gaitā iespējama šādu vielu regulēšana un atkārtota dozēšana un kura reaģējošās vielas varbūt pašas ir atkritumi.
  11. 11. Paņēmiens saskaņā ar jebkuru no 7. -10. punktam, kas atšķiras ar to, ka atkritumiem tiek pievienoti lantanīdi vai nu iepriekš vai kopā ar mangānu un/vai cinku un/vai niķeli un/vai varu un/vai silikātiem, ieteicamāk vienu vai vairākiem šeit minēto metālu silikātiem.
  12. 12. Paņēmiens saskaņā ar jebkuru no 7. -11. punktam, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sacietēšanai visu maisījumu apstrādā temperatūrā no 20 - 120°C un spiediena 2 - 400 kg/cm2.
  13. 13. Paņēmiens saskaņā ar jebkuru no 7.-12. punktam, kas atšķiras ar to, ka atkritumproduktu apstrādi ar rentgenstarojumu veic pirms maisīšanas tvertnes (23).
  14. 14. Kurināmā degšanu raksturojušu lielumu paaugstināšanas līdzeklis, kas atšķiras ar to, ka satur lantanīdus skābā šķīdumā.
  15. 15. Līdzeklis saskaņā ar 14. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka lantanīdi ir lantāns un/vai cērijs vai arī satur lantānu un/vai cēriju.
  16. 16. Līdzeklis saskaņā ar 14. vai 15. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tas satur mangānu un/vai cinku un/vai niķeli un/vai varu un/vai silikātus, īpaši vienu vai vairākus šeit minēto metālu silikātus.
  17. 17. Līdzekļa saskaņā ar jebkuru no 14. - 16. punktam izmantošana ūdeņraža/skābekļa gāzu maisījuma ieguvei un/vai kā piedeva šķidrajiem atkritumiem.
  18. 18. Cietais kurināmais, kurš iegūts no organiskiem rūpnieciskiem vai sadzīves atkritumiem, kuram ir noteikta siltumspēja un kurš satur lantanīdus, kas atšķiras ar to, ka satur mangāna un/vai cinka un/vai niķeļa un/vai vara silikātus.
  19. 19. Cietais kurināmais saskaņā ar 18. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tā siltumspēja ir virs 1500 BTU (Britu siltuma vienības), vēlams starp 4000 -5500 BTU.
  20. 20. Cietais kurināmais saskaņā ar 18. vai 19. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka tam ir neitrāla pH-vērtība.
