Claims (24)
1. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une proportion efficace contre la plaque dentaire d'un agent antibactérien non cationique sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau lorsque celui-ci est distribué, ladite composition étant conditionnée dans un récipient distributeur qui comprend une matière polymère solide en contact avec la composition à usage buccal, laquelle matière polymère solide est compatible avec l'agent antibactérien en présence de la composition à usage buccal et ne provoque pas de pertes excessives des activités antibactérienne et antiplaque de la composition à usage buccal lors de sa conservation dans le récipienti
2. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière polymère solide en contact avec la composition comprend une matière plastique polymère organique synthétique solide.
3. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'un dentifrice en pâte, en gel ou liquide, d'un bain de bouche liquide, ou d'un agent de traitement dentaire en pâte, en gel ou liquide, l'agent antibactérien comprend un éther de diphényle halogéné et le récipient est un tube distributeur déformable, un distributeur à pompe, un distributeur sous pression, ou un sachet pour pâte dentifrice, gel dentifrice ou agent de traitement dentaire en pâte ou en gel, ou un flacon ou autre récipient pour un dentifrice, bain de bouche ou agent de traitement dentaire liquide.
4. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'agent antibactérien comprend un éther de diphényle halogéné substitué par 1 à 3 groupes hydroxyle et 1 à 4 atomes d'halogènes choisis entre le chlore et le brome.
5. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pâte dentifrice/ d'un gel dentifrice où d'un bain de bouche liquide/ et en ce que l'éther de diphényle halogène constituant l'agent antibactérien comprend un éther de diphényle substitué par 1 ou 2 groupes hydroxyle et 2 ou 3 atomes d'halogènes choisis entre le chlore et le brome/ et le récipient est un tube distributeur déformable/ un distributeur à pompe ou un sachet pour la pâte dentifrice ou le gel dentifrice/ ou bien est un flacon ou un récipient distributeur pour le bain de bouche liquide.
6. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'éther de diphényle halogéné constituant l'agent antibactérien est le 2'/4/4'-trichloro-2-hydroxy(éther de diphényle) (THED) présent en une quantité d'environ 0/02 à 1 % en' poids.

Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 6/ caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'un bain de bouche liquide contenant 0/03 à 0/1 % de THED et la matière polymère solide en contact avec la composition contenue dans le récipient comprend du polyfluoréthylèneouduchlorure de polyvinyle.

Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pâte dentifrice ou gel dentifrice contenant 0/25 à 0/5 % de THED dans un tube distributeur déformable/ un distributeur à pompe ou un sachet et la matière polymère solide en contact avec la composition contenue dans le récipient comprend du polyfluoréthy-lèneoudichlorure de polyvinyle.
9. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 6/ caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pâte dentifrice ou d'un gel dentifrice contenant environ 0/3 % de THED et le récipient est un tube distributeur déformable ou un distributeur à pompe.
10. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le récipient est un tube distributeur déformable dont la surface intérieure/ qui est en contact avec la composition/ comprend du polyf luoréthylène.
11. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la matière polymère solide en contact avec la composition comprend une matière plastique organique synthétique non élastomère.
12. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 1/ caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une proportion à effet stabilisant d'un ter-pène ou agent aromatisant qui stabilise l'agent antibactérien en présence de ladite matière polymère solide.
13. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'un bain de bouche liquide qui contient une proportion à effet stabilisant d'un terpène ou d'un agent aromatisant qui stabilise le THED en présence d'une matière plastique polymère organique synthétique non élastomère en contact avec la composition.

Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 8/ caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une pâte dentifrice qui contient une proportion à effet stabilisant d'un terpène ou d'un agent aromatisant/ qui stabilise le THED en présence d'une matière plastique polymère organique synthétique non élastomère en contact avec la composition.

Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que sa teneur en un ou plusieurs terpènes et/ou un ou plusieurs agents aromatisants stabilisants se situe dans l'intervalle de 0/01 à 2 % et ladite matière plastique parmi les polyéthylènes, polypropylènes, polyméthyl-pentènes, polyallomères, polyamides Nylon, polyfluor-éthylènes, chlorures de polyvinyle, polycarbonates et polysulfones.

Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que sa teneur en un ou plusieurs terpènes et/ou un ou plusieurs agents aromatisants stabilisants se situe dans l'intervalle de 0,01 à 2 % et ladite matière plastique est choisie parmi les polyéthylènes, polypropylènes, polyméthylpentènes, polyallomères, polyamides Nylon, polyfluoréthylènes, chlorures de polyvinyle, polycarbonates et polysulfones.
17. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le terpènes contenu dans le stabilisant de la composition est un composant d'un agent aromatisant et sa proportion est de 0,01 à 2 %.
18. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le terpène est le limonène.
19. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend 0,5 à 4 % d'un copolymère d'éther de vinyle et de méthyle et d'anhydride maléique.
20. Composition à usage buccal conditionnée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend 0,5 à 4 % d'un copolymère d'éther de vinyle et de méthyle et d'anhydride maléique.
21. Brosse à dents, caractérisée en ce que les soies comportent une quantité, convenant au brossage des dents comprise dans l'intervalle de 0,8 à 2 g d'une pâte dentifrice ou gel dentifrice selon la revendication 2, qui a été délivré du récipient, cette quantité de pâte dentifrice ou gel dentifrice contenant une quantité efficace contre la plaque dentaire de THED.
22. Procédé pour inhiber le développement de la plaque dentaire, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à appliquer aux dents une quantité efficace contre la plaque dentaire de la composition à usage buccal de la revendication 2 qui est sous la forme d'une pâte dentifrice ou un gel dentifrice et qui est délivrée d'un récipient selon la revendication 2.
23. Procédé selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la composition est une pâte dentifrice ou un gel dentifrice qui est appliquée à la brosse sur les dents, au moins une fois par jour, en une quantité de 0,8 à 2 g à chaque fois, et dont l'agent antibactérien est le 2',4,4'-trichloro-2-hydroxy(éther de diphé-nyle).
24. Composition à usage buccal, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une proportion efficace contre la plaque dentaire d'un agenUantibactérien non cationique sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau, et ladite composition est conditionnée dans un récipient distributeur opaque qui comprend une matière plastique polymère organique synthétique solide en contact avec la composition, cette matière plastique polymère organique synthétique, en présence de la composition à usage buccal, ne provoquant pas de perte des activités antibactérienne et antiplaque de la composition pendant sa conservation dans le récipient.
