Description
MOBILE FLOATING ISLAND FOR RIVER REGULATION 500802
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of equipment associated with river regulation, and in particular to a mobile floating island for river regulation.
[0002] Ecological floating island is an artificial floating island that reduces chemical oxygen demand (COD), nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophic water based on principles of ecological engineering. It enables a water body to have a significantly increased degree of clearness, and meanwhile leads to an effectively improved water quality index, thus showing a particularly good inhibitory effect on algae. The main efficacy of ecological floating island for water purification is to use plant roots to absorb eutrophication substances in water, such as total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter, etc., enabling a transfer of nutrients of a water body, and relieving phenomena including water body odor and eutrophication caused by enclosed water body or insufficient self-circulation of water body.
[0003] At present, floating island technology is more and more applied to river regulation for purifying and controlling water quality, but the existing floating islands are all fourth-generation products, mainly including polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) products. Such products are also the main domestic products, with NH-2 floating island as a representative, which is widely used in large-scale water conservancy and ecological projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
[0004] However, mobile floating islands have the following problems: inconvenient spacing adjustment, limited load-bearing capacity, and vegetation on a water surface and enriched substances underwater can be linked only by root system, resulting in low purification efficiency.

2. The floating island is provided with the clasp hooks on one opposite sides and the clasp rings on the other opposite sides, and the clasp hooks and the clasp rings are engaged and fixed to enable the overall floating island structure to freely move within a small range, thus reducing the impact of water fluctuation on the connection stability of the floating island. At the same time, the length of the connecting rope can be adjusted to ensure that a density of vegetation planted on the floating island will not be too high and its purification capacity will not be reduced:
